Ingredients
- One box of elbow noodles
- 1 aluminum pan
- 1 pk colby-jack cheese
- 1 pk Vermont sharp cheddar
- 1 pk mild cheddar cheese
- 1 pk Velveeta
- 1pk shredded cheese
- Heavy cream
- Whole milk
- Flour
- butter
Steps
- Make a roux: Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1/2 cup of flour mix evenly season with garlic powder, pepper, and salt or season all. Add heavy cream and whole milk.
- Begin adding cheese cubes, stir constantly on low heat and allow to melt.
- Boil noodles (once noodles are cooked add slices of butter to coat noodles evenly and season with salt and pepper in aluminum pan)
- Add velveeta cubes stirring throughout noodles
- Pour cheese sauce once complete and cover with shredded cheese
- Bake until golden topped
