Ingredients

  • One box of elbow noodles
  • 1 aluminum pan
  • 1 pk colby-jack cheese
  • 1 pk Vermont sharp cheddar
  • 1 pk mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 pk Velveeta
  • 1pk shredded cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Whole milk
  • Flour
  • butter

Steps

  • Make a roux: Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1/2 cup of flour mix evenly season with garlic powder, pepper, and salt or season all. Add heavy cream and whole milk.
  • Begin adding cheese cubes, stir constantly on low heat and allow to melt.
  • Boil noodles (once noodles are cooked add slices of butter to coat noodles evenly and season with salt and pepper in aluminum pan)
  • Add velveeta cubes stirring throughout noodles
  • Pour cheese sauce once complete and cover with shredded cheese
  • Bake until golden topped
